2004: Saw action in one game as a redshirt freshman walk-on. Had his first career rush for three yards against Florida A&M (9/11).

2003: Did not see any action in his first season with the squad.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in football for two years, helping the Lancers to the regional championship in 2002. Rushed for 575 yards as a senior while playing fullback and blocking for a 1,200-yard rusher. Registered 62 tackles as a senior linebacker after having 53 as a junior.

PERSONAL: Full name is Max Joseph Koeck, IV. Born July 9, 1985 in Phoenix, Ariz. The son of Katherine and Max Koeck, III. Has three older sisters. Major is currently undecided.
